How you found us: the page you came from and tracking tags in the link (for example, a door-hanger QR code). We use our own simple visit counter without cookies, and, only if turned on, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Vercel Analytics and ad pixels from Meta or TikTok.
Why
To answer your request, give you a price, schedule the job and follow up afterwards.
To learn which flyers and pages actually bring customers, so we spend less on what doesn't work.
Calls and texts
We call or text you only if you checked the consent box, or if you contacted us that way first. Consent is not a condition of service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text, or use the Stop contacting me page, and we stop.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. If you ask for work we don't do (for example roofing, plumbing or HVAC), we pass your request to one trusted licensed pro only with your OK, and we may receive a referral fee from them.
Service providers that run the site for us (hosting, email, database, form delivery) process it on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Customer and request records: as long as needed for the job, warranty, taxes and our contact log, normally up to 5 years. Ask us and we delete what the law lets us delete.
