Prices and quotes
Prices on the site are starting points. Your price is confirmed in writing (text or email) before work starts. If something unexpected comes up, we stop and ask before continuing.
What we don't do
We don't do work that needs a state or city license we don't hold, such as roof repairs (Illinois roofing license), plumbing beyond fixture swaps, or electrical wiring. We can connect you with a licensed pro; we may receive a referral fee, and the work is between you and them.
Appointments
Booked times are in Chicago time. Need to change? Call or text us, ideally a day ahead. Weather can move outdoor work (gutters, lights) for safety.
Reviews
Reviews on the site come from real customers through a private link. We publish them only with permission and don't edit them, good or bad.

We work to keep the information correct, but it may change. The site is provided as is. Illinois law applies.
