What I look for in Niles
Niles has many 1950s and 1960s ranches and split-levels, plus condos and townhomes. Ranches have long, low gutter runs that collect leaves along their whole length; split-levels mix one- and two-story rooflines, so I quote them from a photo.
In townhome and condo buildings, gutters are usually the association's job. Check with your board before booking.

Fixtures & swap-outs
The 'unscrew the old one, screw in the new one' jobs that always end up taking three trips to Home Depot. I'll do them right the first time and clean up after.
