While I'm on the ladder I photograph the roof: missing or lifted shingles, flashing around the chimney and vents, moss, and anything that looks like it could leak this winter. You get the photos and a plain-English note.

Same ladders, same houses. I hang your lights along the gutters and roofline with plastic clips — no nails, no staples, no holes in your fascia — and take them down in January.
