What it costs around here
Across the Chicago suburbs, most gutter cleanings land between about $100 and $230 (Angi). This Old House lists $120 to $225 for Park Ridge. Low promo prices usually cover the front only or a single story, so ask what's included.
What changes the price
- One story or two. Two stories means a taller ladder and more time on it
- How long the gutter runs are. A long ranch or a house with an addition has more feet to clean
- How full they are. Gutters under big oaks or maples that haven't been cleaned in a year take longer
- Clogged downspouts that need to be cleared from the ground or taken apart
- A steep roof, or gutters over a deck, a fence or a glass roof that make the ladder hard to place

Do I need to be home?
No, as long as I can get into the yard with the gate unlocked and pets inside. I text you before and after photos when I'm done.
What if they overflow after you clean them?
If gutters I cleaned overflow within 30 days, I come back and clean them again for free.
